Mr. Chacón-Quirós founded Establishment Labs (NASDAQ : ESTA) in 2004 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Director. Mr. Chacón Quirós has been involved in several sectors of the aesthetics industry, including serving for a decade as General Manager of an aesthetic medical device distribution business in Latin America and prior to that as Business Development Manager of a renowned plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic in Costa Rica. He has co-authored more than 50 patents that are helping advance Medtech in areas like implantable devices and biocompatible surfaces, RFID and biosensors, 3D technology and the development of minimally invasive surgical instruments. He served as President of the Rugby Federation of Costa Rica from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Chacón-Quirós received his Baccalaureate from the Academie de Poitiers (Economics) and attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He holds the MIT Sloan Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation and Technology.

Mr. Denhoy has been part of Establishment Labs^® since February 2021. Prior to becoming CFO in December 2021, he served as the company’s Head of Strategy and Investor Relations. He joined the company from Jefferies Group, LLC where he worked as Managing Director and led the U.S. medical device research team for 11 years, including coverage of Establishment Labs^®. He covered the medical device industry as an equity research analyst for over 20 years. Mr. Denhoy has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC Berkeley, a master’s degree in Physiology from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Cornell University.

Since 2009, Mr. De Mezerville has risen through several key positions at Establishment Labs^®, in the areas of quality management, research, regulatory and clinical affairs, and has been CTO, heading Research, Development and Innovation, since January 2018. He has led several impactful research projects that have been key to the science-based design of our FemTech technologies, and has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications. From 2006 to 2009, he served in various engineering and quality manager positions with Allergan Medical Costa Rica. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Environmental Health and Safety Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.

Paul is a seasoned Operations Executive with over 30 years of global experience across supply chain, manufacturing and operations within med device, consumer packaged goods, and industrial industries. Paul joined Establishment Labs on December 1, 2022 from Cardinal Health, where he led the medical segment’s global supply chain planning, procurement, deployment, service and repair, medical device reprocessing operations, and key Account CPFR as Senior Vice President of Global Planning and Operations. Prior to that, he was Vice president supply chain, contract manufacturing for Medtronic and Covidien. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Newell Rubbermaid, Evenflo, Arthur Anderson LLP, and Swagelok.

Dr. Brennan is an experienced medical device executive who joined Establishment Labs in 2021 and currently serves as the General Manager, Global Markets. She has 20 years of experience in medical device and regenerative medicine both in a research and business capacity. She was previously the Vice President and General Manager of MTF Biologics’ Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Franchise, where she developed and led the strategic direction of the business and grow revenue by 500% while solidifying a leadership spot for the company in post-mastectomy breast reconstruction. Prior to MTF, she was the Director of Program Management at Integra Life Sciences where she managed the introduction of an extremity reconstruction and regenerative product portfolio into the domestic market. Dr. Brennan has a passion for women’s health and has spent the last 15 years of her career dedicated to optimizing care for women undergoing restoration after breast cancer. She has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Lehigh University and a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University.

Mr. Dada was one of the company's founding members back in 2004. He initially led the implementation of Establishment Labs^® operations in Costa Rica and the successful certification of the Motiva Implants^® product family by the European Union and other high-vigilance countries. In February 2016 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer where he led the expansion of operations to Brazil, Belgium, and in recent years, to several other European countries where direct commercial operations were launched. He now serves as Head of Special Projects. Mr. Dada served in various engineering roles at Allergan Medical from 2007 to 2009 and in a variety of production and manufacturing roles at Establishment Biotech, S.A. from 2004 to 2006. He has an undergraduate and licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.

Rosalyn d’Incelli joined Establishment Labs^® in May 2020 as the Head of Clinical and Medical Affairs, bringing over 20 years of medical device experience to the company. In this role, she drives global clinical and medical strategy and execution, and leads U.S. Regulatory Affairs. Before joining, she served as Vice President of Clinical and Medical Affairs of Sientra Inc, for 11 years. There, she was responsible for U.S. PMA approval, medical education, PR, publications, and the company’s scientific content. She represented the company and advocated for women with FDA, media, and medical education events and congresses. Before Sientra, Ms. d’Incelli held similar roles, including supporting PMA approvals, at Mentor/Johnson & Johnson and Inamed (now Allergan/AbbVie). She holds a B.A. in Communication/Market Research from the University of California and is board certified in SoCRA and RAP.

Mr. Mansbach joined the company in August 2022 as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He was previously at Avanos Medical, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company, where between November 2014 and March 2022, he held positions including Senior Vice President, Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Vice President, and Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.  Before that, he held roles of increasing responsibility in the Legal Department at Kimberly-Clark Corporation for over 10 years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mansbach was a partner at the law firm Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy, now known as Bryan Cave. Mr. Mansbach received his B.A from Yale College and his J.D. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Modesti joined Establishment Labs® in April 2022 as Head of Medical Education. In his over 20 years in the medical device industry, Mr. Modesti has worked for well-established organizations such as Merck, Covidien (now Medtronic), SkinCeuticals/L'Oreal, Siemens, and most recently Hologic’s Breast and Skeletal Health Division. He brings experience in building strategic teams while creating organizational insights for marketing, clinical affairs, and R&D through Key Opinion Leaders who help shape the future with their respective expertise. His background is in sales, management, training, leadership development, and medical education. Mr. Modesti has been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships with key customers, creating fellowship programs, developing limited market release programs, and building medical education teams focusing on peer-to-peer education through an extensive network of Key Opinion Leaders. His medical education experience includes areas such as Minimally Invasive Surgery, Breast Radiology, Minimally Invasive Breast Surgery, Ultrasound, and Skeletal Health. Mr. Modesti has a Master of Science degree from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Castleton University, where he was recently recognized as the 2021 Outstanding Alumni of the Year.
